Dr. Erika Henik is an Affiliate Professor at the Wesley J. Howe School of Technology Management at Stevens Institute of Technology. She received her Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Industrial Relations from the University of California at Berkeley's Haas School of Business. Dr. Henik has extensive professional experience in the financial services industry, where she managed large global teams of high-level professionals and built executive development programs with a track record of improved efficiency and competitive positioning. Her research interests include behavioral decision-making; cognitive style; and ethics, values and justice.
