Managing IT Services

Program Director
Paul Rohmeyer

IT Service Management (ITSM) is the collection of critical functions and processes that keep IT moving.  A Service Management orientation is essential in maintaining IT architecture, including process and technology components. The Stevens program in Managing IT Services explores the essential topics of ITSM, including the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL).  The program explores the operational, tactical, and strategic challenges in designing an ITSM structure and effectively overseeing its operation.  The program is closely aligned with ITIL concepts and is suited for technical and business managers who are responsible for managing IT services, as well as ITIL and service process management consultants. Stevens leadership has produced a unique degree offering that is distinctive and challenging, based on a multi-disciplinary approach that is flexible and integrated.  Stevens programs are accredited by Middle States and ABET, and AACSB accreditation is underway.
