Pharmaceutical Regulatory Compliance Consultant Elaine Lehecka-Pratt

Elaine Lehecka Pratt is founder and president of Lehecka Pratt Associates, Inc., a consulting firm with 19 years experience in regulatory compliance, technical training and documentation consulting to the pharmaceutical, medical device and biotech industries. Prior to founding the company, she worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 10 years in supervisory and management positions in pharmaceutical line production and technical training. She received a B.S. degree in Biology from Ursinus College, and a M.B.A. degree in Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She has served as President of the GMP Training and Education Association, as Co-Chair of the ASTD (American Society of Training and Development) Pharmaceutical/Chemical Industry Group, and on the PMA (Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association) Training and Education Resource Committee. Elaine is a frequent speaker at national and international meetings of ASQ (American Society for Quality), ASTD, PMA (now PhRMA), PDA, APhS ( Academy of Pharmaceutical Science), ISPI (International Society for Performance Improvement), PharmTech and Interphex. She has published articles in Pharmaceutical Technology, Pharm Tech Japan, and Drug Development and Industrial Pharmacy. She also serves on the faculty of the PDA Training and Research Institute.
