Signal Processing Specialist Hongbin Li

Hongbin Li received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Florida, Gainesville, FL, in 1999. From July 1996 to May 1999, he was a Research Assistant in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Florida. Since the summer of 1999, he has been an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Stevens Institute of Technology, Hoboken, NJ. He was a summer visiting faculty at the Air Force Research Laboratory, Rome, in the summer of 2003. His current research interests include stochastic signal processing, sensor array processing, wireless communications, and radar imaging. Dr. Li is a member of the IEEE, Tau Beta Pi and Phi Kappa Phi. He received the Jess H. Davis Memorial Award for excellence in research from Stevens Institute of Technology in 2001, and the Sigma Xi Graduate Research Award from the University of Florida in 1999. He is an Editor for the IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications.
