Experienced project manager Martin Cohen

Martin Cohen is an experienced project manager and expert in process improvement. As a consultant to the financial services industry, he has worked for top management on a number of industry-wide initiatives, including capacity planning, customer-service delivery, process measurement, new business conversion, and information technology. Cohen has lectured on root-cause analysis and process improvement. He has also consulted for manufacturing and distribution executives on quality assurance, process improvement and technology. Cohen holds an active Series 7 Brokerage License and completed the Juran Institute Course in Management of Quality Control. He completed Crosby Quality College and attended lectures with W. Edwards Deming. Cohen holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University.
