Multidimensional Signal Processing (EE666)

A wide-ranging overview of multidimensional signals and systems. Learn about frequency and space description and multidimensional FFT. Understand recursive, nonrecursive, velocity, and isotropic filters. Appreciate multidimensional spectral estimation and signal recovery from partial information, such as magnitude, phase, and level crossing, among others. Acquire knowledge of multidimensional subband coding for image compression, computer-aided tomography, and synthetic aperture radar. Prerequisite: EE603.
