Performance Management of Emerging Mobile Wireless Networks (TM618)

Acquire a fundamental understanding of performance, management, and life-cycle analysis of emerging mobile wireless networks. Understand the principal functional elements of Radio Access Network and core Back-Bone Network. Examine the impact of each functional element on the ability of the system to achieve established performance metrics. Learn the trade-offs in system performance and management that each functional element has on system complexity, planning, and ability to meet the required performance objectives. Prerequisites: TM615.
