This course provides managers with the framework, tools and approaches to meet the quality requirements of their projects and their customers. Upon completion of this course student will be able to identify and address quality issues in all phases of project
management life cycle. The course will be delivered through lectures, case reviews and team projects. Students individually and in teams will review cases and conduct team projects applying quality tools and techniques to their projects
