Affiliate professor Robert Lazer, Ph.D.

Dr. Bob Lazer, who teaches classroom and web courses in the human side and of project management and organizational behavior, brings 25 years of diverse global corporate, non-profit, and consulting experience to his classes. Dr. Lazer has led and managed human resources activities in a variety of industries, including telecom, healthcare, consumer products, and transportation. He has taught, written, and presented on many topics related to human resources, with a focus on leadership, organization culture, and strategic human resource processes. He received his Ph.D. and M.A. in Industrial Psychology from Case Western Reserve University and his B.A. in Psychology from the University of South Florida.
