System Supportability and Logistics (SYS640)

Develop a broad perspective on the timely and cost effective support of systems. Become familiar with required support infrastructure, including test equipment, trained maintenance personnel, spare parts, technical documentation, and special facilities. Study methods for supporting systems with a minimum of logistical support resources. Learn about supportability considerations for large and complex systems, and find out how they often have a major impact upon life-cycle costs. Discover the importance of considering these factors during the early stages of system design.
